What we collect
We collect Google account identity, prompts, generation settings, billing references, task status, and product events needed to operate MiniMax H3 Studio. Uploaded frames are used only to create the requested video and are not shown on public gallery pages.
How data is used
Data is used to authenticate access, process paid credits, create and recover video tasks, prevent abuse, provide support, and measure product reliability. We do not sell personal data or send complete private prompts and source images to third-party analytics services.
Retention and visibility
Videos are Private by default. Private output files are scheduled for deletion 30 days after success while task metadata may be retained for billing and audit. Public videos may remain available until removed, moderated, or deleted by their owner.
Service providers
Google provides authentication, Creem processes payments, and MiniMax processes generation inputs. Hosting, database, storage, monitoring, and CDN providers process data only as required to run the service.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data by contacting the operator through the support address published with the deployed service. Some billing records must be retained where legally required.
